OUTSOURCING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PT Karya Bintang Mandiri (KBM) is one of the largest outsourcing companies in Indonesia. Established in Krian, an economic hub in Sidoarjo, approximately 25 kilometers southwest of Surabaya, East Java. KBM currently manages a outsourced workforce of around 15,000 that supported by the Sovelus OMS platform.

KBM has entrusted Sovelus OMS as its core operational system for managing day-to-day outsourcing management activities. The application is utilized by more than 50 back-office users and over 40 field coordinators to manage and supervise 15,000 outsourced employees deployed across more than 200 factories throughout Indonesia.

At the time of initial adoption, KBM managed approximately 8,000 outsourced employees, within three years, this number grew to 15,000, demonstrating the scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency enabled by Sovelus OMS.

Sovelus OMS offers a comprehensive features set tailored for outsourcing companies, including applicant self-service during recruitment phase, centralized applicant and outsourcing workforce databases, bulk contract generation (PKWT), contract expiry monitoring with notifications, field coordinator reporting tools, incident report and insurance claim assistance, payroll publishing service (salary and overtime), and mobile-based attendance, leave, and permit management.

Beyond operations, Sovelus OMS also serves as a strategic sales enablement tool. The platform allows KBM sales team to present real-time employee data to prospective clients, including availability, skills, work experience, age, and location. This capability enables clients to quickly identify qualified outsourcing solutions aligned with requirements.

The enhanced mobile Attendance & Leave Management feature enables outsourced employees to record clock-in and clock-out attendance as well as submit sick leave, annual leave, and permit requests via mobile. Additionally, the system offers secure mobile access to salary and overtime payslips, ensuring transparent, accurate, and timely payroll information for all outsourced employees.
