MY ACTIVITY

My Activity is a tailored Sovelus SAM (Sales Activity Management) application designed and developed by XVAutomation specifically for BRI Life Insurance. The application is built to improve bancassurance sales performance by providing online, real-time visibility into the entire sales lifecycle—from referrals and leads to prospects, presentations, illustrations, and deal closures—enhancing both efficiency and effectiveness of sales execution.

The platform improves sales productivity and operational control by equipping managers and supervisors with tools include geotagging to lead, monitor, and evaluate the performance of BRI Life sales agents under their responsibility. Key capabilities include Branching System which enabling individual and branch-level performance metrics, target and goal tracking dashboard and report, also integrated messaging tools to accelerate issue resolution.

My Activity is fully integrated with Bank Rakyat Indonesia’s (BRI) core banking referral system, enabling BRI Life sales agents to directly access thousands of referrals and convert them into prospects. Referral providers can track the conversion status of their referrals online and view the commissions earned in a transparent manner.

Since its launch in 2019, My Activity has become a critical sales enablement platform for BRI Life, supporting more than 21,000 sales agents nationwide. The application has managed over 50,000 referrals, achieving a 50% conversion rate into prospective clients, facilitated the creation of thousands of illustrations, and played a significant role in supporting agents to successfully close a large number of deals within its first year of operation.
